Kylie Jenner said she and Travis Scott have changed their newborn son’s name from Wolf. The Keeping Up with the Kardashians beauty, 24, took to Instagram Stories on Monday telling her followers of the name change
‘FYI our [son’s] name isn’t Wolf anymore,’ the Los Angeles-born makeup mogul wrote. ‘We just didn’t feel like it was him. Just wanted to share because I keep seeing Wolf everywhere.’
The couple has yet to reveal the child’s new name; Dailymail.com has reached out for comment.
The Life of Kylie personality welcomed her second child with rapper Travis Scott, 30, on February 2. They are also parents to daughter Stormi, four.
The mother-of-two confirmed the news herself at the time by posting a sweet black-and-white photo featuring her new son’s tiny hand.
She noted that he was born on February 2 – just one day after Kylie celebrated her first daughter Stormi Webster’s fourth birthday. Kylie captioned the post with his birthdate, ‘2/2/22,’ preceded with the blue heart to denote her second child’s gender.
Jenner and Scott initially announced they had named the baby boy Wolf in a February 11 post on Instagram Stories, writing, ‘Wolf Webster.’
On February 22, TMZ reported the baby boy’s full name as Wolf Jacques Webster, citing the child’s birth certificate.
In a YouTube clip published by Vogue September 23, 2021, Kylie said she and Scott had yet to select the child’s name, as they needed ‘to find out the gender first.’
Jenner earlier Monday shared a clip on her YouTube channel titled ‘To Our Son,’ a montage of clips as she prepared to welcome her second child.
In the emotional clip, Kylie asks Stormi if she would mind sharing a birthday with her little brother, as she reveals that his due date was initially on Stormi’s birthday.
‘OK, I thought it would only be right to let you guys know that I am 34 weeks today,’ Kylie says.
‘We gotta let them see the belly! 34 weeks today which means we only have about a month left,’ she adds while tickling Stormi. ‘Four years later, because this baby and you, have the same due date… so you and the baby could have the same birthday.’
Kylie had gone into hiding during her pregnancy due to the tragic events of Travis Scott’s Astroworld tragedy that left 10 people dead.
The rapper can be seen in the video reacting to the happy news that is going to become a father again.
The video then shows Kylie, Travis and their daughter Stormi all going to the beauty mogul’s doctors appointment together.
