After his debut single, Sore, which won him a VGMA award, Yaw Tog claims that he has been the target of ongoing spiritual attacks from people he believed to be friends.
After the release of Sore and the subsequent collaboration with UK rap sensation Stormzy in 2021, the 18-year-old rapper achieved his breakthrough in the music business in 2020.
He told video blogger Zionfelix that he could not sustain the momentum because he was attacked by an industry colleague spiritually.
Yaw Tog claimed that the paranormal assaults compelled him to take a break and rethink his approach before returning.
“The way I wanted things to fall in place were not going as I expected. Anything I do goes back so I had to sit down and do what was necessary and come back again”, he said.
