The renowned Host of Y107.9 FM’s “Myd Morning Radio Show”, Rev Erskine, has been nominated in two categories for the 2022 edition of the National Communications Awards.
Born Erskine Amo Whyte, Rev Erskine has gained the traction as a household name in Ghana’s Radio & TV industry. This year his impact on and off radio, inspiring the youth through the famous Y Leaderboard Series among other activities has made him the perfect candidate to be nominated for both “Media Man” of the Year and the “Radio Personality” of the Year categories.
Rev Erskine throughout the period has been a multifaceted radio personality, speaking on social issues and bridging the gap in the creative world for the striving youth.
He is widely recognized for his immense contribution to unearthing new music and creative talents through several initiatives like his #PlugNPlay project early this year.

Doubling as an event MC, he has hosted a couple of prominent events including the MTN Hitmaker, Ghana Beverages Awards among several others.
