Chief Executive Officer, HypeNet Marketing Group, Rhoda Naa Yemoley Odoi, has revealed what has kept her going all these years in her career journey as a digital marketer.
Unlike others, she mentioned hat money does keep her going but her team members keep her pushing for the best and urge her to achieve beyond the sky.
Speaking to Rev. Erskine on Y107.9FM’s YLeaderboard Series she said, “The team because I look at it that Rashid, Bernie, Nana Kwame and all the boys in the office have sacrificed literally their whole lives to be with me. So, if today I say I’m stopping what happens to them”.
According to her whenever she wants to give up, she just thinks about them like what people will say about them, the backlash they will receive from their family members and people outside and this is what motivates her and keep her going.
“No, I can’t give up on these people. I have to still continue because since I started in 2014 they have been with me and for them it is also not about the money but getting the work done,“ she added.
