Ghana’s own Incredible Zigi has sparked Dallas, leading an immersive Afro Dance Camp that has dancers feeling the pulse of authentic rhythms and movement.
From his Day 1 workshop on October 25th, Zigi’s dynamic fusion of Ghanaian traditional dance and contemporary styles has sparked a wave of excitement at the Senter Park Recreation Center, with attendees diving headfirst into the energy and depth of Afro-dance.
Reflecting on the experience, Zigi shared, “Teaching for me is another way or form of fulfillment. I’m absolutely thrilled by the massive love given to our rich Ghanaian culture overseas… I’m loving it here! @ftc.dancecamp.” His words capture the pride and passion he brings to each class, offering dancers a glimpse into the spirit of his unique style and movement.
