The Africa Mobile & ICT Expo, Mobex, is an assembly of captains, investors, and enthusiasts of the ICT industry and the gathering of nobility as well.
The theme for this year’s expo is Enhancing Economic Prosperity through Retail Technology and Financial Innovation.
H.E Mahamudu Bawumia, Veep of the Republic of Ghana graced the opening ceremony at the Accra Mall Limited.
In 2015, the EXPO had H.E. Amissah-Arthur, the former Vice President of Ghana, grace the occasion with his presence and in 2016, it had the privilege of H.E. the former president, John Mahama do the cutting of the tape and also shared his august passion for the ICT industry and the need for its growth.
In 2017, Hon. Carlos Kingsley Ahenkorah, the Deputy Min. of Trade and Industry, was in attendance as well as the King of Digital Media, Jason Njoku, CEO & Founder of IROKO, who was a special Keynote speaker at Mobex17 last year at Kempinski Hotel.
