Host of the “Dryve of Your Lyfe” on Ghana’s no.1 urban radio station, Y107.8 FM, Nyantakyi Kusi Emmanuel known as Kojo Manuel, has emerged as winner of the “Best Hypeman/MC” category at the just ended 2022 Ghana Entertainment Awards, USA.
Touted as the biggest Ghanaian entertainment gathering in the Diaspora, the 4th edition of the Ghana Entertainment Awards held at the Tribeca Performing Arts Centre in New York on Friday, July 8 proved to be a night of bliss and buss.
Notable personalities in the Ghanaian entertainment industry were celebrated with special performances from KelvynBoy, Sista Afia, Prince Bright and JayHover, “One Leg” hitmaker among several others.

Kojo Manuel bagged two nominations at the prestigious awards event in both “Best Hypeman/MC” and “Best Radio Personality” categories and deservedly added a piece to an impressive collection of silverware as he was adjourned the 2022 Best Ghanaian Hypeman/MC.
Previously, the “Are You Mad” begetter was crowned as the Best Event Hypeman at the Ghana Event Awards 2021 & Best MC at Ghana DJ Awards 2019, and also the Best Hypeman at the Y Clash of the DJs 2022. He has hosted some of the biggest events in Ghana and also the La Sunday event with Africhella in Cote D’Ivoire.
