English singer, Harry Styles beat Beyoncé to the ‘Album of the Year’ award at the 65th Grammy Awards held at the Crypto.com Arena in Los Angeles on Sunday.
However, at this year’s ceremony, Beyoncé broke the record with 32nd Grammy wins. She achieved this historice feat with “Renaissance”, her ecstatic dance album, winning the “Best Dance/Electronic” album.
She surpassed George Solti, a Hungarian-British conductor whose record of 31 Grammys had stood for more than 20 years, while doing so.
“I’m trying not to be too emotional,” the legendary singer said accepting her prize.
“I’m trying to just receive this night.”
Beyoncé took home four awards in all.
