American Hip-Hop icon, actor and movie producer, 50 Cents born Curtis James Jackson III has hinted on a possible series production on convicted Nigerian socialite and international internet fraudster, Ramon Abass otherwise known as Ray Hushpuppi.
In a latest Instagram post, 50 Cent announced his readiness to commence work on the production of the movie series focusing on Hushpuppi’s criminal story.
He wrote, “For my scammers, I gotta do this one. Hushpuppy series coming soon! GLG, Green Light Gang I don’t miss. #Bransoncognac #lecheminduroi #gunitfilmandtv.”

According to ‘The Street Journal”, there had been talks of popular Movie producer, Mo Abudu receiving the adaptation rights for a movie on Hushpuppi.
She was expected to produce the movie alongside US based movie firm, Will Packer Productions. With the title of the action thriller themed movie to called “The Fall of the Billionaire Gucci Master.
The announcement was however greet with criticism which perhaps could constituted to the delay of the production of the movie over a year.
In 2020, Hushpuppi was detained in Dubai, United Arab Emirates, after being accused of scamming over 1.9 million individuals, including Americans.
Hushpuppi was taken into custody by the Dubai police, who then turned him over to the Federal Bureau of Investigation so that he might face charges there.
The worldwide con artist received an 11-year federal prison term, according to sources on Tuesday.
The 40-year-old prisoner was ordered by US District Judge Otis D. Wright II to pay $1,732,841 in reparations to two fraud victims.
