Popular Ghanaian reggae-dancehall artist Shatta Wale has tattooed the initials of Ghanaian Rapper Medikal on his arm.
In a video posted by the ‘1Don’ hitmaker on snapchat, the shortened form of Medikal ‘MDK’ was boldly and visibly tattooed on his right arm with caption “My blood!”.
Medikal after seeing the historic act reposted the video on his Instagram handle and expressed his gratitude to Shatta Wale.
“Words can’t how I feel about this! @shattawalenima love you die King, Deeper than blood.” He posted.
This gesture by Shatta Wale is one that is historic and has never happened in Ghana, for an artist to emboss the image of fellow artist on him or herself.
The two musicians who have made several records together including ‘Yaaro’, ‘Miss Money’ and ‘Omo Ada’ seem to be getting along with each other very well after Medikal and his then girlfriend Fella Makafui, had relationship problems which was partly solve by Shatta Wale.
