The Project coordinator for the YFM Hunter’s Pool Tournament, Manasseh Kwafo has described the audience pulled together at the tournament as massive and beyond expectations. Mr. Kwafo was highly impressed with the crowd and players who participated in the Pool Tournament.
With the commencement of the contest in 2021 last year, he has been pleased by the quality of pool players walloping around the country who have gone unnoticed for obvious reasons. He opined that the pool tournament game came at the perfect time as it presents a form of exhibition for the players to display their unique skills.
During an interview with Ohene Brenya Bampoe, host of Happy98.9 FM’s Happy Sports Show, the GMA representative said, “I can’t really find the words to describe how the tournament has been so far. The turnout was really impressive and massive. I can boldly say we have talents across Ghana after I visited some parts of the country. For instance, when I visited Dormaa, I realized we had a great deal of wonderful pool players in the country. The skill and tenacity showcased by most of these players were brilliant and outstanding.
He further anticipates the final to be more successful and thrilling, “I hope for the very best in the finals and I know it would definitely deliver to our satisfaction, as the competition so far gave the very best of fun and entertainment,” he added.
The Pool tournament organized by YFM in collaboration with Hunter’s is set to climax the event with the final on January 7, 2022 at the Accra Sports Stadium.
