Italian based songstress, Lady Jay, has shared her depressive moments as she attributed it to the lack of home support from Ghanaians.
Voicing her ordeal on Y97.9fm’s “Myd Morning” radio show with PKtheKingsMan and Rahm, the freedom crooner said her music are not appreciated in Ghana hence the delay of her ‘blowing.’
According to Lady Jay, she has been in the industry doing music for 10years and she feels pilfered by the reaction she gets from some Ghanaian music lovers.
When asked if she thinks she’s being supported and understood as an artiste here in Ghana, she responded, “This table has to be shook, I used to cry and feel bad whenever I pen down any lyrics, and that got me depressed because I felt I wasn’t understood by my kind of music.”
She went on to plead on Ghanaians to stream her songs on all digital platforms, especially her new single, “Clarity” which was released on Friday, March 11, 2022 on the “Myd Morning” radio show as a courtesy of support.
