Ghana’s number 1 urban radio station, Y107.9 FM grips on to the Mother’s Day celebration with a special treat for Ghanaian mothers across the country.
The 2022 edition of Mother’s Day on YFM themed; “Win Big for Mama” saw patrons and listeners of the official frequency for the Young & Young at heart winning amazing prizes for their mothers on such a unique calendar moment.
Shows on the frequency including the ‘Ryse N Shyne with Brown Berry, ‘Myd Morning Radio Show’ with Rev Erskine, ‘Shouts On Y’ with Winston Micheals and Naa Dzama, ‘Drye of Your Lyfe with Kojo Manuel and the nightlife with Akosua Hanson on the ‘Y Lounge’, fronted on-air activations where listeners got the opportunity to win amazing prices for their mothers.
A myriad of amazing prices from sponsors ranging from vouchers from Baritas and Campus Hub, Hampers from ATL fabrics, Phantom Collections and Yumvita were given away. The ultimate winner also won a weekend stay at the Ibis Styles Hotel with their beloved mother and a decoder from HD Plus.
