Korsah Kwame an Afro hip-pop artiste from Atonsu in the Ashanti region of Ghana, has been signed by a label affiliated to a universal music, a dream come through for him.
According to him, he posted a video on his socials and even though his video didn’t reach a large number of people, it opened a door for him. A guy hit him up with a comment “ Your style is different man” and that was it. They had become friends after that and later got connected.
“You never know who might be listening to your music, don’t stop posting,” he said and advised all artiste to stay original in their music career. Korsah answered that he expressed himself best in hip-pop when asked why he chose hip-pop among all the genres of music.
He added that some musicians like Young thug, Lil Win, Michael Jackson and a few Ghanaian artists like Sarkodie and Stonebwoy have been his inspiration for choosing hip-pop.
Korsah promises Ghanaians a surprise before the end of the year- a single which features Sarkodie.
