Embattled founder of the Heaven Way Champion International Ministry, Patricia Asiedua also known as Nana Agradaa, has been charged once again.
This time, she has been charged for sharing nude pictures of a Prophet. Nana Agradaa was charged for non-consensual sharing of intimate image, which goes against Section 67(1) of the Cybersecurity Act (Act 1038).
On Wednesday, February 8, 2023, Nana Agradaa appeared in the Circuit Court 10 and pleaded not guilty to the charges. Four other individuals, Enock Owusu Kissi, Charles Omane, Emmanuel Kofi Gyasi, and one Andy, were also charged for Abetment of crime, which is related to the non-consensual sharing of intimate image.
Enock Owusu Kissi and Charles Omane, who were present in court, also pleaded not guilty to the charges. Emmanuel Kofi Gyasi was absent from court, while the fifth accused, Andy, is currently at large.
All accused individuals have been granted bail in the amount of GHc100,000.00 with three sureties each. They are expected to reappear in court on March 8, 2023.
