Host of Y97.9FM’s lunch time show, Shout on Y, Rahm Besia has been nominated for the Radio Show Host of the Year female category at the fifth National Communications Award 2023.
The award scheme, being organized by RAD Communications Limited seeks to recognize the efforts of communication companies, teams and individuals who through their efforts have used communication to champion organisational and national development.
The National Communications Awards has not merely been a celebration of established media personalities, but also serve as a launching pad for emerging talents.
Rahm Besia has established herself as one of the best in the communication industry over the years. She is a dynamic media personality who has excelled in a range of professions, including a Radio show Host, Event MC among others.
Upon hearing the news of her nomination, Rahm Besia’s reaction was a mix of gratitude and humility. She was overjoyed to be recognized among her peers for her hardwork and dedication to her craft.
