Renowned American actor, Zachary David Alexander Efron, known for his portrayal of Troy Bolton in the High School Musical film series has disclosed that he recalls and sings lines from High School Musical scenes in the shower.
The High School Musical film trio-film premiered in 2006, 2007 and 2008 respectively, is a nostalgic classic within the generation-zen era which combines values like determination and unity with bestrewed scenes of high-school romance.
Efron made this intriguing statement in his appreciation speech after being honored with a star on the Hollywood Walk of Fame this month. He affirmed that the film series was the genesis of a very successful acting career for him.
The 36-year-old actor, hinted that the musical had become a part of his everyday life and thrilled fans saying, he relives the moment even more now after more than a decade after it’s official release. “I still think about High School Musical everyday; I sing the songs in the shower everyday; Go Wildcats.”
Passionate followers have expressed their excitement over Efron’s deep connection to the musical film series and most importantly finally being handed his flowers for the remarkable work done over the years in the showbiz industry with the 2,767th star on the Holywood Walk of Fame, unveiled at 6426 Hollywood Boulevard.
