Ghanaian rapper and music executive, D Black has refuted claims that he had a hand in the failing of musician Medikal and actress Fella Makafui’s marriage.
D Black’s name came up amidst the divorce of the celebrity couple after Medikal called out the owner of Black Avenue Music for smoking with his wife in a night club.
The viral video of D Black lighting a cigar for Fella Makafui attracted a lot of criticisms but the ‘Vera’ hit maker has told his side of the story in a question and answer section with his fans on X.
D Black explained that Fella Makafui attended a cigar party at one of his night clubs and she specifically asked him to help him light the cigar so the video didn’t paint the correct picture.
“I don’t have to, when u know you have done nothing and ur mind n heart clean, God go handle the rest. The person wey no see sef or talk to am sef almost 2 years this , come cigar launch party for one of my clubs , u want take create story.”
“What pass? She asked me to help light her own cigar she bought. I was holding mine in my hand. Which pass? U ppl jus de talk by heart,” he wrote on X.
D Black also denied the allegations of having an intimate relationship with Fella Makafui.
