Renowned radio host, MC and talent manager Princess AJ (Princess Ahenkan Ankomah) has been announced as the moderator for the “Women in Production” inclusion panel curated by music icon Stonebwoy as part of the Bhim Fest’s thought-leadership series, Architects of Vibe.
The highly anticipated panel discussion will take place on Monday, December 22, 2025, from 5:00pm to 6:30pm at SI Beach, bringing together influential women across music, media and production to explore inclusion, leadership and creative ownership within Africa’s entertainment ecosystem.
Princess AJ’s selection as moderator underscores her credibility and deep-rooted experience within Ghana’s creative industry. As a respected radio host on YFM, one of Ghana’s leading youth and urban radio stations, she has consistently championed emerging talent, amplified diverse voices and driven conversations that resonate with young creatives and industry stakeholders.

Speaking ahead of the event, Princess AJ expressed her excitement and sense of responsibility about the role.
“This panel means a lot to me because women in production are often the backbone of creativity, yet their stories are not always told. I’m honoured to help create a space where these voices are heard, respected and celebrated. BHIM Fest is setting an important tone, and I’m proud to be part of that conversation,” she said.
Beyond radio, Princess AJ is widely known as a dynamic hype woman and master of ceremonies, trusted to command major stages with clarity, confidence and cultural awareness. Her ability to balance energy with insight has seen her moderate industry conversations, host live events and manage talent with a rare blend of professionalism and authenticity, qualities that make her uniquely suited to guide a discussion centred on women’s contributions to production and creative leadership.

Her involvement aligns seamlessly with Stonebwoy’s vision of building platforms that go beyond music to inspire dialogue, representation and sustainable industry growth.
The Women in Production panel will spotlight the architects behind the scenes, women shaping sound, visuals, narratives and business structures within entertainment.
With Princess AJ at the helm, audiences can expect a thoughtful, engaging and empowering exchange that celebrates women’s impact while challenging the industry to create more inclusive pathways.
BHIM Fest continues to position itself as more than a music festival. It is a movement committed to culture, inclusion and forward-thinking dialogue, and Princess AJ’s presence reinforces that mission.
