Global Media Alliance Broadcast Group (GMABC), a leading media conglomerate in Ghana and home to Ghana’s No. 1 Youth and Urban stations, YFM , YTV and Happy FM has announced the appointment of key personnel to strengthen its Sales and Client Service divisions.
Margaret Akoto and Mary Sackey have been promoted, respectively, to Sales Manager and Client Service & Partnership Manager, to lead strategic initiatives within their divisions. Margaret, with over five years of experience in media sales, holds a BA in Public Relations and is pursuing a Master’s in Public Relations with Marketing. She has consistently delivered strong results in managing client accounts, leading teams, and driving revenue growth.
Mary holds an MBA in Accounting and Finance. a BA in Business Studies (Accounting) and an Advanced Diploma in Business Studies. With several years in the Client Service Department, she has consistently demonstrated professionalism, strong client relationship management, and excellence in service delivery.
In addition, Abigail Affum Yeboah and Linda Awoh Ntiamoah have also been promoted to Assistant Client Services Manager and Sales Coordinator, further strengthening GMABC’s capacity to serve clients and grow its commercial operations.
Commenting on the appointments, Mr. Austin Ampim, GMABC Director for Sales, said: “We are excited to recognize the leadership and contributions of our new managers. We believe their addition to the leadership of the Sales and Client Service unit, headed by Mark Ampadu, will be a great asset in driving our divisions forward and complementing the work of our existing team.”
The appointments coincide with International Women’s Month, reflecting GMABC’s commitment to diverse, talented leadership and the empowerment of women across its operations.
