Asamoah Gyan Details Keeping A Shark In His House

A baby shark [pup] worth about $20,000 which Black Stars captain Asamoah Gyan had been keeping in an aquarium in his US$3 million mansion in Accra died after the aquarium the pup was kept in broke.
Gyan told the Delay Show he had planned to keep the shark for about four years, and then release it into the ocean when it was fully grown.
Interviewer: We understand you have a shark?
Gyan: Shark?
Interviewer: Yes shark
Gyan: Yes, the shark is in an aquarium.
Interviewer: It is a real shark?
Gyan: Yes, but its a little shark but after 4 years, it will grow and so we will have to take it and release it into the sea.
Interviewer: Why will you do that?
Gyan: It’s God’s creation so after some time, I will have to release it.
Interviewer: I’m sure you invested about 20,000 dollars into buying that…
Gyan: Why why!
Interviewer: But why will you buy an animal and dump it at some point?
Gyan: Its fine if its in the aquarium
Interviewer: What if the aquarium breaks and the shark atacks you?
Gyan: There you go, the aquarium broke and the shark died.
