Paul Pogba Gives Insight Into Dressing Room Following Spurs Defeat

Paul Pogba has spoken out after Manchester United’s defeat to Tottenham Hotspur in the Premier League.
Man United have had an awful start to their campaign, and it’s not like no one saw it coming. Jose Mourinho was unable to bring in a first-choice centre-back over the summer, while his relationship with some of the players have become fraught at best.
Since he’s been at Old Trafford since leaving Juventus for a then world record figure,, Pogba has been a contentious figure. Some games, he shows off his breathtaking ability, others he looks lost and like he doesn’t want to be there.
There were rumours that Pogba could head to Barcelona, but those suggestions have appeared to have faded.
At Old Trafford last night, in Man United’s defeat to Spurs, it wasn’t Pogba’s greatest performance, and it wasn’t Man United’s either.
After the game, Pogba didn’t shy away. He spoke to the press and had this to say about the game, via the Mirror:
“Even we don’t understand what happened,” said Pogba. “We started the game really well, we conceded two goals in the second half.
“The first goal was a real blow, we didn’t understand why, because we had the game in hand. One goal, then two, but we kept pushing, we had chances, and then we conceded the third.
“But the fans kept pushing us, they were really behind us. We feel really sorry for them, very disappointed, we wanted to do better.
“I think it was an undeserved defeat for us, in our desire, in everything we put into it. But football can be cruel. We just have to bounce back.”
