Sergio Ramos and Marcelo were involved in an altercation during Real Madrid training on Saturday.
There’s a toxic atmosphere brewing at Real Madrid following the club’s string of horrendous results. It includes two El Clasico defeats and a 4-1 loss at home to Ajax in the Champions League.
Real Madrid have been dumped out of three competitions in the space of a week with pressure mounting on the management.
Not to mention the players and according to Marca, Ramos and Marcelo clashed during a training session.
Real Madrid took part in a small-sided training match with Ramos and Marcelo on opposite teams.
Marcelo’s side won the game and his celebration did not sit well with the Spaniard, who was angered with the left-back’s actions.
Their teammates had to intervene to stop the conversation from escalating.
At the end, they calmed down and it was resolved.
Meanwhile, it’s claimed that Marcelo has agreed to join Juventus in the summer.
The 30-year-old has been frozen out of the first-team with Santiago Solari opting for youngster Sergio Reguilon on the left side of his back-line.
And having long been linked with the Serie A giants, Italian outlet La Stampa say he’s set to sign a four-year contract at Juventus and will earn €12 million euros (£10 million) a season.
If a deal transpires, he’ll reunite with former Real Madrid teammate Cristiano Ronaldo who swapped Spain for Italy last summer in a transfer worth £100 million.
