“Kuami Eugene calls for support ahead of his album release”

Award-winning Ghanaian Highlife musician Kuami Eugene is calling on Ghanaians to support his upcoming album Son of Africa, set for release on 9 October 2020.
He asked for the same support given to Nigerian superstars Burna Boy and Fireboy DML when they dropped their albums Twice as Tall and Apollo, respectively.
“Let it trend from Number 1 to 14 cos my album has 14 songs,” he said in a chat with the host of The DrYve, Kojo Manuel.
Kuami explained that his team pulled a lot of strings to come up with the album this year amid uncertainties due to the coronavirus pandemic.
