Sonniballi to release new jam with Stonebwoy

Reggae/ Dancehall sensation, Sonniballi, has hinted fans to be on the lookout for a new song which he will be releasing soon featuring the ‘Putuu’ hitmaker, Stonebwoy.
Speaking on phone with host, Nana Quasi-Wusu (PM) on the Dryve of Your Lyfe on Y97.9FM Takoradi, he was asked if there are any Ghanaian talents that he would love to work with, to which he replied that he even has a few that he has already recorded songs with but he would prefer not to talk about it and just hit the world with it.
After much insistence from PM, Sonniballi revealed, “The most recent that I’ve done is with Stonebwoy. It’s literally in the pipeline. It’s been recorded and it’s gonna be delivered very soon. Sit in the front seat, get some popcorn and wait for it”.
He also mentioned that looking at how long he has kept his fans starving on his music, it is only fair that he releases an album or EP for his fans to enjoy.
Further quizzed on who his top five dancehall acts in Ghana are, he replied, “That’s crucial. I can’t really recall all the people who have already made it out there so that wouldn’t be fair”.
However, he mentioned that there are some names in Ghanaian dancehall that one cannot go past, hence in no particular order, he gave shoutouts to Samini Dagaati, Shatta Wale, Stonebwoy, Jupiter and Epixode.
Sonniballi took the opportunity to advice, in view of the coming elections that Ghanaians should note that leaders come and go and the power to choose leaders is in our hands, hence the need to choose wisely.
