Y97.9 FM receives nominations in Western Regional Business Awards

The number one urban station in Takoradi, Y97.9 has proudly bagged three award nominations in the Western Regional Business Awards.
The media giant received nominations in the categories of Outstanding Radio Station, Media Group of the Year and Excellence in Events and Experiential Marketing of the Year.
These nominations are in recognition for its outstanding work done in the year under review.
The awards which come off on the 20th of November, 2020, will see Y97.9 FM compete with other radio stations and companies to prove its dominance in these categories.
Since its inception, Y97.9 has set the pace in excellent broadcasting in the West. From the known voices on radio to the crew working in the background, the collective efforts have contributed to the excellent entertainment the station provides for its listeners.
