Global Media Alliance Holds Employees Day

Global Media Alliance ( GMA) one of the leading communications and events organizations in Ghana, over the weekend held this year’s edition of Employees Day at the Lizzy Sports Complex at East Legon.
The annual event which is focused on strengthening team bonding among staff and management of GMA was packed with numerous team building activities.
The competitive spirit among Global Media Alliance (GMA), MediaMark, Global Cinemas and  Global Media Alliance Broadcast Company –subsidiaries of  GMA fueled the event to a successful end.
Speaking at the event, Emma Wenani, Director of Human Resource at GMA said: “Though it was an employees day meant to bring all employees together to have fun, it was highly competitive since the team from GMA and GMABC both wanted to demonstrate their prowess in the various sports. We look forward to having a bigger and better employees day next year.”
Employees engaged in games such as football, basketball, table tennis, scrabble, tug of war and Draught among others.
Team GMA-made up of staff from GMA, MediaMark and Global Cinemas-  won in  basketball, table tennis, tug of war, scrabble and Draught while GMABC – made up of staff  from e.TV Ghana, Happy FM and YFM- won football and game of cards.
