15-time Grammy winner, Adele has called off her 5 years music drought and is set to release a brand new song.
Adele confirmed on Twitter on Tuesday morning that her new single “Easy on Me” will be released on October 15 with a short video.
In the short black-and-white video, the singer inserts a cassette tape into a vehicle radio, cranks up the volume, and drives away while pages of sheet music fly out the windows.
Throughout the video, a light piano melody plays, evoking Adele’s previous hits, but fans will have to wait until the single is released to hear the singer’s iconic vocals.
Adele Laurie Blue Adkins is an English singer and song writer and one of the best selling singers in the world, she released her debut album in 2008 under a record label. She made an appearance on Saturday Night Live in late 2008 which boosted her career in the US and won awards for Best New Artist and Best Female Pop Vocal Performance during the 2009 Grammy’s coupled with other Grammy awards and internationally recognised awards.
