Ghana, drew to Gabon, and was beaten by Morocco and debutants Comoros in Group C, seeing them eliminated in the group stages without recording a single win. The first time in history the country has participated in AFCON without winning a game.

Almost every Ghanaian was highly disappointed by the results from the Stars and are now stern on addressing the root cause of the situation. The football loving country has called out the handlers of Ghana football and the immediate dismal of the head coach, Milovan Rajevac.
It appears the outburst reached the team far from home in Yaoundé. A time many Ghanaians believe it was to escape the rage of the people at the airport.
These events have obviously exposed the significant issues we have failed to address in the sport fraternity for years as a country. The football federation now has a big task on their shoulders to revive the country’s love for the team. At this stage every Ghanaian is glued to the affairs of the association; every move from them counts
