Andrés Iniesta might have called an end to his glittering career with Barcelona, but the man’s legendary career continues to build.
The Spanish midfielder is once again looking to secure a place in FIFA’s team, with this being the 12th consecutive year he’s appeared on the list.
Iniesta has won nine of the past eleven awards, as well as featuring in last year’s team alongside Luka Modrić and Paul Pogba.
Both Sergio Ramos and Daniel Alves are up for their 12th consecutive nominations, too, but the duo are now tied with Philipp Lahm for the record number of appearances for a defender.
