Black Stars defender Rahman Baba has been forced out of the English Premier League side Chelsea to German top-flight club Schalke.
According to reports, the 22-year-old signed a one-year loan deal after his successful medical on Sunday.
He moved to Chelsea last year from Augsburg to sign a five year contract following the return of Jose Mourinho managing only 23 appearances.
Rahman has rejoined his former Augsburg manager Markus Weinzierl who is now the coach of Schalke.
