Bayern Munich Star Wants To Leave Club After Carlo Ancelotti Sacking

Former Bayern Munich manager Jupp Heynckes has returned to the clubs dugout following the sacking of Carlo Ancelotti, but the Italians departure could prompt the exit of one of his summer signings.
Heynckes won the treble before calling time on his illustrious coaching career. Yet after a few years out of the game, he’s back.

The 72-year-old will be in charge of the German champions for the rest of the season, inheriting Ancelotti’s squad.

However, James Rodriguez, who signed from Real Madrid on a two-year loan, reportedly wants to head back to the Spanish capital, according to Spanish outlet Diario Gol via Bleacher Report.
Ancelotti drafted in the Colombian midfielder during the summer transfer window after enjoying a stint together while at Real Madrid.

Rodriguez was effectively deemed surplus to requirement by Zinedine Zidane. He was subject to plenty of attention, though the attacking midfielder ultimately opted to reunite with his former boss in Bavaria

But after the 58-year-old was shown the door, Rodriguez is now contemplating cutting short his spell with Bayern Munich.
While representing Colombia on international duty, his nation team coach Jose Pekerman even suggested the uncertainty of his future.
“I’m not surprised by Ancelotti’s departure, one could see Bayern had some problems during the beginning of this season,” via BeIN Sports.
“We spoke about it also with James. I asked him to be calm, because he was going to a great club, no matter the fact that the coach that was with him in Real Madrid and took him there.
“He was there thanks to his condition, to his capacities, because Bayern Munich, beyond the coach, saw a player that could bring a lot to the team.
“[I asked him] not to be conditioned by a situation because he had to do what the club expected. I think this won’t change a thing on his attitude, on his level, and he’s 100 per cent ready to make a great match tomorrow.
