Ghanaian radio pundit and Master of Ceremonies (MC), Emmanuel Kojo Kusi Nyantakyi, popularly known as Kojo Manuel has charged Ghanaians to embrace HypeMan and MC jobs as well-to-do professions.
The notable hypeman made his profound statement at the 2023 edition of the Guinness Ghana DJ Awards, where he was honored with MC/Hypeman of The Year. He believed that the said professions have been disdained by Ghanaians for far too long and must be brought to an end. “The one thing I want to say is that it’s time to end the era of thinking that being an MC or a HypeMan is something you do when you drop out of school or something you do when you don’t have anything to do with your life.”
The 2022 Ghana Entertainment Awards USA Best Event HypeMan winner as an evident testament of his career, stated that dedication to the job can create a massive level of influence and affluence in many sectors especially within the creative industry. “You can be a superstar; believe in yourself.” he said.
