Ghanaian students from various educational backgrounds attended the Comfort Eduserve International Students’ Expo on April 26, 2025, at the Christ The King Catholic Church to be enlightened on a variety of options to help bring their aspirations of studying abroad to life.
Students and other interested persons were warmly welcomed to the inaugural edition of the expo in Ghana by Country Manager of Eduserve for Ghana Juliana Nana Esi Cobbinah. In her remarks, she emphasized the importance of education and highlighted Comfort Eduserve’s commitment to making international study in the United Kingdom accessible for all who desire it.
She explained that six international universities were partnering with Comfort Eduserve to offer aspirants opportunities to study abroad, with a variety of programs available from undergraduate to postgraduate levels.
Comfort Eduserve, along with its partners, provided detailed information on the admission requirements of each participating university. Institutions present included UWE Bristol, the University of Lincoln, Anglia Ruskin University, the University of Portsmouth, among others.
Chief Executive Officer of Comfort Eduserve, Dr. Babatunde Olawoore, in an engagement with YFM Ghana, spoke about the consultancy’s achievements in facilitating smooth processes for international students, especially in Nigeria and West Africa.
“I have supported about 12 Ghanaians in the last three years and in Nigeria, over 2,000 students to get them to go and study in the UK. Before coming to Ghana, I just wrote a letter to all the universities that we see present today about plans to come to Ghana and they said they will be here,” he intimated.
Dr. Olawoore hinted at plans to organize more expos following the success of Ghana’s first edition. He expressed hopes of reaching more Ghanaian students and making their dreams of studying abroad a reality. He further emphasized that a major advantage of the agency is that all services are provided free of charge, along with continuous support for all applicants who successfully begin their academic journey in the United Kingdom.
The 2025 edition of Comfort Eduserve International Students’ Expo marks the beginning of seamless and transparent study abroad opportunities for all eligible Ghanaians.
