Y107.9FM ‘s talented female Disk Jockey, DJ Nyce, has been recognized for her exceptional talents and contributions as she was crowned the Female DJ of the Year at 2024 Guinness Ghana DJ Awards.
DJ Nyce beat the likes of DJ Amoanic, DJ Ohema Woyegye and YFM colleagues DJ Kess and DJ Coleda.
DJ Nyce’s achievement has been based on passion and perseverance. Known for her ability to connect with audiences through her unique styles and mixes, she has become a household name in Ghana’s entertainment industry.
Upon receiving the award, DJ Nyce expressed her gratitude to her fans, family and the YFM team for their support. ”This award is not just for me. It is for every young woman out there chasing their dreams in a male-dominated industry. I know it’s not easy but keep moving and one day will be a better day. I want to use this opportunity to thank my family, the entire YFM team. Your love and support are greatly appreciated. The 2024 Guinness Ghana DJ Awards took place on Saturday, November 9,2024, at the Palms Convention Center. The event marked 12 years of celebrating exceptional DJ entertainment in Ghana.
