Eden Hazard appears to have played his final game for Chelsea after admitting “I think it is goodbye” following the Europa League final win over Arsenal in Baku.

In seven seasons and exactly 352 games as a Chelsea player, Hazard scored 110 goals and contributed further with 92 assists.
