The new generation edition of Ghana’s favorite series from back in the 90s, Home Sweet Home, is set to air on your world of quality entertainment, eTV Ghana.
‘Home Sweet Home New Generation’ will be premiering on eTV Ghana this Sunday, 12th December, 2021, at exactly 8pm. The series will air same time every other Sunday, with a repeat on Tuesdays at 10am. The new series is sort of an ‘upgrade’ from the older version which featured Mr. and Mrs. Sarpong and their kids as the main characters.
In the New Generation, the story revolves around the exciting Essien family with the hilarious Sarpongs firmly in the background, as supportive relatives of this new family.
Home Sweet Home, Next Gen is a spin off from the original Home Sweet Home Series, which will be starring a younger, trendy and more entertaining new cast.
The show is designed to bring the family together in an atmosphere of love and understanding.
Programmes Manager of eTV Ghana, Mr. Cosby Bikpe had this to say: “As eTV Ghana is reshuffling programmes and introducing the best programmes for ultimate viewer satisfaction and entertainment, we knew that we could not fully achieve our aim without bringing back our all-time favorite Home Sweet Home”.
“What better than watching a series you loved very much from back in re day but with a whole new feel to it. Watch Home Sweet Home starting this Sunday at 8pm prompt on eTV Ghana. There will also be a repeat at 10am every Tuesday so you may miss it once but you can’t miss it twice”, he added.
