The popular video game has made the gesture after tragedy struck the Brazilian club on Monday night
EA Sports has joined the outpouring of support for Chapecoense, with the FIFA 17’s Ultimate Team paying tribute to the tragedy-stricken Brazilian club.
A plane carrying Chapecoense players and staff crashed in Colombia on Monday night while the team was en route to the Copa Sudamericana final, leaving an estimated 71 people dead and just six survivors.
In a nod to the club, EA Sports gave every Ultimate Team player the badge and kits of Chapecoense on Tuesday.
“Wear this kit and crest in support of the friends, family, and fans of Chapecoense,” read a message to FIFA 17 players.
