Co-founder of music distribution platform, Crux Global, Ike Otoo Arhin, identified in music circles as Gomski, has described music from Ghana as the next global phenomenon.
Crux Global’s Chief Operating Officer noted this in an interview with Rev Erskine on Y107.9FM’s Myd Morning Radio Show. He explained that music from Africa – particularly Ghana has made tremendous progress across the globe.
“I was watching something online Ishowspeed in Singapore and the girl there was telling the guy about Afrobeats and then he sang two of King Promise’s songs.” he cited that as a profound performance of Ghanaian music overseas.
Afrobeats being Africa’s biggest music export alongside other genres is making steady waves in Ghana, Gomski believes that music from Ghana will soon become a heavy export across the globe. “Ghana is the next big thing the world is expecting,”
