A new campaign to promote domestic Tourism, the nations culture and heritage will be launched by the Ghana Tourism Authority (GTA) on Friday 30th June, 2017. The campaign under the auspices of the Ministry of Tourism, Arts and Culture seeks to re-orient Ghanaians on a new sense of national pride and way of life.
The launch event will bring together various industry players and will set the stage for various national and regional activities to promote local attractions, Ghanaian cuisine, Ghana wear and Creative Arts talent.

The Osu, Christianborgs Castle will light up on that day with various activities such as a local exhibition, cuisines, crafting and other artistic display. There would also be exhibition stands to display Ghanaian dishes, costumes, arts and crafts, etc.
The “See Ghana, Eat Ghana, Wear Ghana and Feel Ghana” campaign will run for an initial 12 months with key measurables including increase in Tourist visitations, creation of a Ghanaian business directory, a coordinated event calendar amongst others.
