Ghanaian musician and producer, Nana Siriboe, known in the music fraternity as SIRIBEATZ has revealed his ambitions of making his music therapeutic to all listeners ranging from children to adults worldwide.
The musician made his ambitions known in an interview on Y107.9FM’s YLounge with hostess, Naa Dzama, touting his music as the kind that can help people in any way that it can. “I want my music to be able to stop a baby from crying.” he said in an attempt to explain how much impact he desires for his music to make.
According to the producer, losing his parents had him running to music all the time to find solace hence, the identity he chose for his music and its purpose. “I want my music to heal people from different kinds of situations; for me music was my safe haven. I lost my parents so music was what I ran to daily.”
SIRIBEATZ used his own experience as testament to the healing music can bring and desires to give what he has received from music to others on a global scale. “Music healed me completely; Ideally I want my music to make an impact and they should feel good anytime they listen to my songs.” he reiterated.
