Ghanaian R&B and Afrobeats artiste, Camidoh, has shared that he desires his just released EP, “A lifetime Is Not Enough” to be a “no-skip” project gifted to his fans.
The “Sugarcane” crooner in a recent interview on Y 107. 9 FM’s “Myd Morning Radio Show” with Rev Erskine, indicated that his latest project was birthed through personal experiences.
However, the reactions from Ghanaians and fans across the world gives him a sense of fulfilment – having inspired people through music.
“Since it’s been out, people have been loving it and it’s doing really well. I’m happy people have been inspired and loving every track based on their situation in life. For me that’s currently a fulfillment. I’m grateful to God and my fans for the love,” he told Rev Erskine.
According to him, he had to put every ounce of energy to produce what he describes as a personal project that means so much to him.
“I honestly didn’t focus on the outcome of the project, like the reactions and buzz. I was more about making sure every Ghanaian listened to this album. I want it to be a no skip album for every Ghanaian because I took this very personal and wanted to share with the people who love me.”
The Ghanaian ‘Top Boy’ furthered, “I haven’t really paid attention to the reactions online but for me what will make me feel this is making waves is definitely the numbers from the streams. Regardless I’m happy everyone has shown love to this project. That’s all we and I appreciate everyone for jumping on it.”
Camidoh recently dropped his much-anticipated Extended Playlist (EP), titled “A lifetime Is Not Enough”.
The songs were produced by Camidoh himself and Hope Brain Ashiagbor.
The six-track EP includes songs like “Free Me”, “Adoley”, “Like You Mean It”, “Ghetto Love”, “All Yours” and “Do Me”.
