Loyalty insurance company limited, a non-life insurance company, has launched a reward scheme for its customers upon the purchase of a motor insurance package.
The instant reward scheme which was launched today will see customers of Loyalty insurance who previously could only receive fuel coupons, now convert their rewards into mobile money or airtime across various networks.
Addressing the press at the launch of the Loyalty Insurance Digital Reward System, Managing Director of the insurance giant, Mr. Ernest Frimpong shared a few words with those in attendance.
“Any reward to a customer must come with convenience and it should be timeless. We have therefore partnered with Loyalstar to migrate our manual fuel promo into a digital platform to reward our clients instantly upon the purchase of motor insurance.”
Explaining how the system works, Mr. Elias Oppong Ababio, the Executive Director of Loyalty Insurance indicated, “Whenever you buy motor insurance from loyalty you have the option of receiving your digital reward into your mobile money wallet or in a form of airtime. All you need to do is provide a valid phone number to receive this instant reward. It is instant, convenient and timeless. Indeed loyalty insurance is your loyal partner.”
Loyalty Insurance’s previous promotional scheme of issuing fuel coupons created some inconveniences for clients and intermediaries and therefore the need to move to a digital platform to create flexibility and convenience for customers, insurance brokers and agents in the midst of heightened competition in the Ghana Insurance Market.
The digital payment system features an instant digital reward for insureds and intermediaries anytime they buy a Motor Insurance Policy from Loyalty Insurance. The reward component of the platform seeks to leverage on the company’s promotions in rewarding digital fuel coupons with an option to convert the digital fuel coupon to mobile money or airtime across various networks.
Clients can also accumulate rewards in a virtual wallet which can be redeemed anytime, thus ensuring that the redemption of coupons does not expire as was the case with the previous reward system.
The new innovative system affords our loyal clients the opportunity to track their rewards’ progress and take advantage of exciting Loyalty perks. The system therefore offers a seamless payment and reward scheme that seeks to delight cherished customers of the company and intermediaries.
Loyalty Insurance currently has offices in Accra, Tema, Kasoa, Kumasi, Nkawkaw, Techiman, Asamankese, as well as all DVLA offices and Frimps Oil services stations in the country. The company continues to expand its branches and agency offices across the country.
