Most Valuable Premier League Clubs REVEALED

How times have changed. After years of dominance at the top, Manchester United have been knocked off their perch by local rivals Manchester City as the most valuable Premier League club.
City are valued at £2.364 billion, a rise of £385 million since last season. while United have took a big hit, dropping £376 million, according to a study by the University of Liverpool’s Centre for Sports Business Group.
Findings also revealed that the top six, Manchester City, Manchester United, Spurs, Liverpool, Chelsea and Arsenal, make up 74% of the league’s value.
Burnley, who are in seventh place, are almost £1 billion behind sixth place Arsenal.
The University Of Liverpool calculated the data by taking into account every club’s ‘revenue, profits, non-recurring costs, average profits on player sales over a three-year period, net assets, wage control and proportion of seats sold,’ according to BBC.

Here are the 2017-18 Premier League club valuations in full:
1. Manchester City, £2.36bn
2. Manchester United, £2.09bn
3. Spurs, £1.84bn
4. Liverpool, £1.62bn
5. Chelsea, £1.62bn
6. Arsenal, £1.37bn
7. Burnley, £400m
8. Newcastle, £380
9. Leicester, £380m
10. Southampton, £370m
11. Everton, £360m
12. West Ham, £290m
13. Stoke, £240m
14. Huddersfield, £230m
15. Brighton, £220m
16. West Brom, £220m
17. Watford, £210m
18. Crystal Palace, £200
19. Bournemouth, £180m
20. Swansea, £170m.
The study also found that Burnley are the most ‘sensibly run club’ in the Premier League financially, Huddersfield have the lowest wages at £63 million and Manchester United have the highest at £296 million.
Ole Gunnar Solskjaer’s side had the highest revenue in the league at £590m, while City came in second on £500 million.
