Talented rapper Bryan Kweku Mensah known by the stage name Bryan The Mensah has disclosed that his songs do not accumulate features.
According to him, he writes most of his songs by himself without thinking about collaborating with other musicians. However, he has featured one or two artistes on his songs because he wanted them to tell part of the stories or messages the songs tells.
“Personally I write full songs not to accumulate features but I featured Titi Owusu on ‘Until I see you’ because it was about couples who don’t get time for themselves because of their busy work schedules so I needed a female perspective on it after I sang my part.”
He told Akosua Hanson on Y107.9FM’s ‘Ylounge’ that, “I also featured Black Sherif on ‘Life Is a Movie’ since the song was a vibe song and Black Sherif is a free writer and his lyrics are unlimited so when my manager suggested him for the feature, I felt he was the perfect person for the song.”
‘Until I see you’ ft Titi Owusu and ‘Life Is a Movie’ ft Black Sherif were songs off his newly released album dubbed ‘Road to Hastafari.’
Bryan The Mensah is a young talented rapper and producer with many hit songs such as ‘Walls’, ‘Dimirika’, and ‘Problem No Dey Finish.’
