South Africa’s Black Coffee has been announced winner of the Best International Act, Africa category at the 2016 BET Awards.
He beat Yemi Alade, Wizkid, MzVee, AKA, Cassper Nyovest, Diamond Platnumz and Serge Beynaud to take over from Stonebwoy at an event held on Saturday at the Staples Centre in LA.
The presentation was done ahead of the main event which will take place at the Microsoft Theater in Los Angeles on Sunday, June 26.

Nigeria’s Falz The Bahd Guy won the Viewer’s Choice Best International Act Award.
