Obrafour in an interview has disclosed how he calmed the storm that followed his release of his award winning single Kasiebo.
The song featuring Guru took some presumed subliminal shots at the One Mic act and he wasn’t happy about that development.
Speaking about the fallout, the Execution Entertainment CEO elaborated;
“In the Hip Hop world, beefs thrive to keep the business going. Some times you don’t create it, it just happens. What I see down here is that mostly when they crop up, artists do take it so personal and they want to do something to whoever they have the beef with. A typical case was what had happened between Samini and Shatta Wale but things are back to business only and it’s good.
“With Okyeame Kwame there was nothing much. With his case, he took things out of context so he decided to take things in a different direction. After the song dropped, he called me about it just to understand the situation because the talk out there was very conflicting.
“And we are pioneers and so I decided to go talk to him to understand and let whatever that had happen go. So Kwame’s beef is squashed now and we are good.”
Obrafour will be premiering the video of his latest single #ShittorSwagga tomorrow at 12PM.
