Hundreds of Listeners together with fitness enthusiasts joined the YFM hot squad on the maiden edition of the Y Morning run which took place on AU Day.
The One hour, thirty minutes’ walk started off from the premises of the Station in Adum, run through Labour roundabout, the Kumasi City Mall and to the final destination Georgia Hotel at Nhyiaeso.
Participants were engaged in numerous aerobics runs and a health talk on keeping up with a healthy lifestyle.
The Y Morning Run was powered by Y1025FM, First For New Music and refreshed by Flex Soya Mix.
