Uncertainty continues to cloud Bale’s future at Real Madrid.
What’s more, it’s believed Real Madrid are interested in swapping the 29-year-old for Christian Eriksen.
It’s claimed Real Madrid are prepared to use Bale as a transfer makeweight to lure the Danish midfielder away from Spurs per Mirror.
The Champions League holders are crying out for a creative midfielder with the club believed to be keen on snapping up Eriksen.
They’re expected to follow up their interest for the player during the summer transfer window when he’ll only have 12 months left to run on his contract.
The report also suggests Real Madrid will table around £50 million (!!) and Bale to tempt Eriksen away from England. A player of Bale’s ilk and cash, that sounds like an incredible deal.
Bale is also attracting interest from Manchester United who continue to be linked with his services.
