Stonebwoy in a latest interview has revealed he did not break into the industry with controversy and so would not use that formula to push his brand at this point.
Explaining the reason for Mr. Logic’s [Dancehall promoter] constant criticism of his brand and ways, the BHIM Nation boss detailed that the Dancehall promoter fell out with him after he turned down his invite to go to STING Festival in Jamaica.
It would be remembered that Mr. Logic was not happy with the Shekeena hitmaker’s decision not to fly into Jamaica to honor his invitation even though artist’s including Shatta Wale offered to pay his flight fare and more.
“People got chance to tweet that Shatta Wale said I should come for money to go to STING.” He told Pluzz. “Sometimes, I tend to understand the things in a way. Sometimes everyone plies the trade in different forms. By the grace of God, I made hits in this country coming with no beefs. People have done it with beefs, undoubtedly, we know; so leave those two things to nurture and grow. When you create a monster, you feed the monster. I’m feeding my monster by trying to get my head on the ground like I got my head to the ground to this point. Shatta is trying to feed his monster by doing the craziest things to feed his monster. It is allowed. But I can’t get caught in the thing. So Logic should leave me alone.”
Stonebwoy will be live with his friends on JULY 1st at Muuston Beach and July 22nd at the Barclays Center New York City for #OneAfricaMusicFest.
